ACMR is able to conduct surveys and interviews relating to distributors, suppliers, business users and business credibility in all cities and rural areas in the country. It has set up sound data collection network covering over 40 cities across the country. ACMR has completed nearly 5,000 projects, covering over 200 cities and rural areas.

To ensure the quality of data from large-scale interviews, the business interview department employs over 10 full-time supervisors to facilitate simultaneous gathering of data across the country.

Standardized Operation Procedure

The standardized operation procedure comprises internal training of task team members, program editing, sampling, interviewer project training, trial interview, data error detection, interview quality control (field monitoring and record check), data transform processing, technical statistics on contacts, and project summary.

Sound Quality Control System

Dual error detection is applied for crucial steps. Field supervisors shall be no less than one tenth of the interview investigators, which effectively promotes the accuracy of data.
